Privacy policy
Last updated: 28 Oct 2026 · Draft pending legal review.
In short: we only ask for your email (and, if you want, a few answers) to keep you posted about Realm Ward and to design the game. We don't sell your data. You can unsubscribe at any time.
1. Data controller
- Controller: Nexta Games
- Contact: ainextcompany@gmail.com
2. What data we process
- Waitlist: email, preferred language and, if you answer it, the platforms you would like to play on.
- Matchmaking survey: your answers and your email (we need it to give you closed beta access).
- Technical data: the page you signed up from and the campaign parameters (UTM) of the link you came from. The email provider may log the date, IP address and confirmation (double opt‑in) as proof of consent.
3. What we use it for
- Managing the waitlist and sending development news, test or beta invitations and the launch announcement.
- Analysing the survey (in aggregate) to design matchmaking and publishing a summary without personal data.
- Understanding, in aggregate, which channels bring players (UTM).
4. Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form and confirming your email. You can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to ainextcompany@gmail.com.
5. Who we share it with
We don't sell or hand over your data. These providers process it on our behalf (processors):
- Email, waitlist and survey answers: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, EU). It stores your email and answers, sends the confirmation email (double opt‑in) and our updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Web hosting: Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages)
- Analytics: we do not use analytics or cookies.
If any of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, it will do so under GDPR safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses or the EU‑US Data Privacy Framework).
6. How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
7. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to ainextcompany@gmail.com. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the competent supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD, aepd.es).
8. Minimum age
To sign up you must be old enough to consent under applicable law (14 in Spain). If you are not, you need your parents' or guardians' permission.
9. Cookies and local storage
This site does not use tracking cookies. It only stores in your browser (local storage) whether you have signed up, whether you closed the language notice and, during your visit, the UTM parameters of the link. You can clear them from your browser.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for important changes, let you know by email.
